Nick De Santis

Nick de Santis is a former professional football player, most notably with the Montreal Impact (present-day CF Montreal). Upon the time of his retirement, Nick was second and fourth in Impact history for matches played and goals respectively. De Santis continued to work with the club, taking on roles including manager, sporting director, and vice president, which made him a near constant with the Montreal impact for nearly three decades. His most recent role with Montreal was Vice President of International Relations and Technical Development. Nick de Santis has the unique distinction of winning the Playoff Championship with Montreal as a player, coach, and sporting director. He also won Coach of the Year in 2005 and, as sporting director, helped build a team that won two Canadian Championships. De Santis brings years of experience in player scouting, career development, club relations, and a unique know-how into building an elite winning culture in organizations and individuals.
