Cyle, 26, is coming off a stellar, double title winning season at Beşiktaş. Larin led Beşiktaş in scoring (23) and provided 5 assists during the 2020/21 campaign, which resulted in the Black Eagles winning both the Super Lig title and the Turkish Cup. Larin has also become a central figure in the Canadian senior national team, earning 36 appearances and scoring 18 goals, including 7 during 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifying. Currently, Larin sits fourth for Canada's all-time goal scoring records, needing four more goals to equal the top spot. Cyle spent the previous season on-loan at SV Zulte Waregem, where he registered 9 goals and 11 assists in all competitions, generating the third most total goals in the Belgian league, and helping Zulte Waregem reach the semi-finals of the Belgian Cup. While playing mainly as a center forward for Zulte Waregem, Cyle took his game to another level, becoming one of the best passers in the Belgian league and finishing the season second for total assists. Cyle had spent the previous two seasons at Beşiktaş, where he scored 8 goals in 26 appearances across all competitions, including 3 goals in 10 appearances in the UEFA Europa League. Larin first made his name in MLS, where he scored 44 goals in 89 games for Orlando City SC, by whom he was selected with the first pick in the 2015 MLS Super Draft.
